Psycholgtb psychological reports and expertise
The mission of the psychology professional in the preparation of psychological reports is to evaluate, through valid and reliable procedures, techniques and instruments typical of Psychology, the capacity and personal competence and/or psychological state of the person evaluated.
The analysis of the test results and their assessment will entail:
Issuance of a diagnosis (if applicable)
The specific therapeutic recommendations for each case
Guidance on the most effective intervention for the problem (the treatment of choice)
Follow-up of the case in its corresponding field (clinical, educational, social, labor, etc.)
Their multidisciplinary referral and/or coordination with other professionals involved.
In order to carry out the psychological report:
Both the relevant individual variables are considered, as well as those related to the vital dynamics, functioning and the contexts in which the individual and/or the specific area under study develops.
Traditional psychology techniques are used, such as the interview, behavioral observation, and other instruments, standardized tests or psychological tests.

Family right:
Assessment of the emotional state and adaptation of the minor(s) to the current regime.
Assessment of parental competence and the exercise of responsible parenting and co-parenting.
Recommendations on the custody regime and contact of minors with their families.
Recommendations on all kinds of issues related to separation and divorce
Evaluation of the presence of parental interference and/or difficulties in intra-family relationships.
Evaluation of situations of danger and/or risk for minors derived from: gender abuse, in the family, physical, sexual, psychological abuse and abandonment of the minor, etc.; from which consequences can be derived for the exercise of parenthood, parental negligence and parental authority.
Reports of suitability in processes of reception and adoption of minors.
Labor Law:
Assessment of temporary or permanent work disability due to psychopathology and/or brain damage.
Assessment of the type of labor contingency associated with temporary or permanent disability due to psychopathology and/or brain damage.
Assessment of work stress.
Situations of abuse within the organization (mobbing, sexual harassment, etc.).
Contentious Administrative Law
Preparation of reports on Disability Assessment, worsening, functional diversity, severe disability, guardianship, dependency law, etc., and in appeal processes before decisions of the administration on this subject.
Reports and recommendations for the selection of personnel, evaluation and qualification of personnel and/or promotions that are carried out in public administrations and in appeal processes before decisions of the administration on this subject.
Evaluations and reports on lawsuits against the public administration (bullying, mobbing...).
